We have been trusted by our client to create a website where customers are able to get clear information about the services provided by Greenlnaterns.The requirements were to have neat display of each specific service, and to also provide a display of previous jobs carried out through a gallery so that later this can be linked to trader’s sites, and to social media, starting  a marketing channel that they not had previously to gain future clients.  Specific request have been made to create the site so that certain elements can be added in the future, like options to display, customer reviews, blogs, and videos, and have the options to create minor transformations. This also included some minimal training provided to our client Greenlanterns Gardening, to manage their site, as we have been hired to deliver the site, and were not needed for day-to-day maintenance.  We have agreed to provide optional overhauls, ad hoc management, and social media management when and if needed.

The website was created using custom logos, and graphic design which were  provided by us, with a mix of images some  given by Green Lanterns,  and some of ours. For a concise and informative website, with simple navigation we have formatted all of the images to fit in to a gallery on site, and with some short descriptions of the jobs, and  the work that was required to complete them. We have been also trusted to create textual content on the site, and eventually added a carousel for reviews as well, linked up with a CMS system, so that  new reviews can be added as they come in,  and some training given as well on how to manage this system.

Green lanterns based on their feedback was able to improve communication with customers, and secure many new clients through the site, and was also able to use this marketing channel to better display the quality of work provided.  They were able to scale their business, and add new services based on feedback provide through the site.  The investment they made was very useful in being able to research the customer needs and demands and further invest in to their business accordingly to service them.

Over time we have stayed I touch with our client, and they are  considering making more investment, to market their services digitally, with creating content on social media, and linking them to their website.  Once these channels have been created, it can be linked up with SEO management, and analytics to gain more  quality data on customers, and local market trends, which can put them ahead of the curve.  This in the current,  but also in any economic trend  will be essential to create a stable business operation that can be built on, and upscaled.
